- Old screeds or concrete, which may contain old compounds and adhesive residues
- Flooring grade plywood, P4 - P7 chipboard or OSB 2 - OSB 4 boards
- Existing ceramic and natural stone coverings, terrazzo
- Precast screeds, screed boards
- Over underfloor heating systems
