Many UZIN products were used by Steve Miller Flooring on behlaf of Morgan and Quinn in April when they completed a renovation for a modern and spacious home in Lincolnshire. Steve Miller Flooring chose to use a variety of UZIN products to provide the best subfloor preparation for their client. 

The calcium sulphate screed was ground off before applying two coasts of UZIN PE 360 PLUS Primer. UZIN PE 360 PLUS is perfect when renovating a home because it is quick drying allowing flooring contractors to move on to the next stage quickly and efficiently. Once the floor was primed UZIN NC 110 was used to create a flat and smooth floor. UZIN NC 110 is a premium quality gypsum based smoothing compound ideal producing a low stress finish.

The client wanted to install a luxury vinyl tile flooring therefore Steve Miller Flooring chose to use the UZIN KE 66 high temperature adhesive. It provided great coverage and high dimensional stability, creating the perfect base for the LVT floor. The customer was very happy with the well finished floor and Steve Miller Flooring was pleased to have created the perfect floor with UZIN products.
