The UZIN UTZ Campus opens in the UK.

Uzin Utz UK Ltd. is proud to open the new UZIN UTZ Campus. The two-story training facility in Stafford will provide specialist training in a modern environment for all UZIN UTZ brands and house the UZIN UTZ UK technical team. The UZIN UTZ Campus intends to create an engaging atmosphere that encourages effective training and skills development for over 3500 people annually.

The building was purchased by UZIN UTZ in early 2023 but needed a full refurbishment. A builder was hired to carry out major structural and electrical changes, but many Uzin Utz UK Ltd. employees volunteered to help with the renovation, even over the weekends.  The team worked tirelessly painting, decorating, and lovingly creating a brand-new training facility for many months. The new LVT flooring was installed using UZIN adhesives, and an Arturo Mistral floor was applied in the main training room to showcase this fantastic product.

The UZIN UTZ Campus has a vast training room, classroom and breakout area to provide knowledge and expertise to the flooring professional in the best possible environment. The facility will allow UZIN UTZ experts to provide a wide range of training courses, combining our brands under the ‘Art of Floor Systems’. This will include a liquid screed workshop, sub-floor preparation and LVT installation courses, as well as an introduction to resin floor application and wooden floor finishing training. In addition, an upstairs technical facility will allow Uzin Utz UK Ltd. to test and trial new and old products, allowing us to compare products and make samples.  The building also has a large board room for internal meetings.

The UZIN UTZ Campus aims to provide a fun and safe working environment for our staff, customers and the wider flooring community. It is not just a building but so much more.
